Reverend Joe White, LMHC, led us from a biblical perspective on the topics of anxiety, depression, and the heart of God. We had two talks on anxiety and two on depression, all anchored in biblical text, with Q&A on each topic. Each talk was recorded and broken up into four sessions, which you can watch here.
