Activity: Fill ziplock bags with snack and hygiene items to keep in your car, to distribute as you come across panhandlers, homeless, or otherwise vulnerable people in the community. This is a healthier and loving alternative to giving cash.

About:  There are nearly 600 unhoused people living on the streets or in their cars, plus an unknown number who are uncounted because they don’t want to be seen.  The people you see on the street are often veterans, senior citizens, and struggling with mental health challenges, trauma, and chronic addiction.

Activity: Prepare homecooked lasagnas to be kept in the freezer at Catalina Foothills Church, to be delivered to those experiencing a sudden loss, recovering from surgery or birth, or to welcome a new family or uplift a single parent having a rough time.  Having homemade frozen lasagnas on hand will allow our ministry leaders to use their discretion and be able to offer a meal immediately.

About:  Women's Ministry at CFC began this project during the pandemic and are thrilled to be able to keep this going with YOUR help, as it enables pastors and ministry leaders to quickly respond to needs as they arise.
