Frequently Asked Questions:
What is the “Roar” Children’s Program?
“Roar” is a VBS curriculum published by Group Publishing. At CFC’s “Roar” children’s program, we will use the curriculum in a modified way, to give kids a VBS-like experience in a family-oriented atmosphere, over the course of four weeks.
Can I drop my preschool or elementary child off and leave campus?
Definitely! We only ask that you sign the Liability and Medical Release portion of the registration form first. Adult classes will be taking place during the children’s program that you are welcome to attend if you choose. Basically, we want to hang out with you, but understand if you need to do other things too.
Can my Jr. High or Sr. High student volunteer to help?
We would love that! Please have them fill out the volunteer application to get the ball rolling!
What if we cannot attend all four weeks?
No problem! Each week is set up to be standalone (for both adults and children).
What is the cost to attend?
There is no cost. We want you to come and bring a friend!
What can I expect when I come?
A great time of fellowship, fun and learning! The night begins with a family meal (optional) and then preschool and elementary kids get dropped off in the Sanctuary, (parents are welcome to stick around to hear a little bit of what the kids are doing), afterwards, we will divide up by age group. Elementary and preschool kids will head off with their groups, and adults will enjoy a class and fellowship together.
